How to Order CCI SCR Controllers
All sales orders for Control Concepts, Inc. products can be placed directly with the company. Because of our expedited order processing and delivery capabilities, Control Concepts does not use stocking distributors.
If you have already verified your product model(s) and price(s), orders can be faxed (preferred) to 952-474-6070 or emailed to 
. All orders should include the following information:
- Company name
- Bill to and ship to addresses
- Buyer name
- Company phone and fax number
- Purchase order number
- Desired product model number(s) and quantity(s)
- Desired delivery date
- Preferred shipping method
- If you are a new customer, and desiring credit terms, please include three credit references with the relevant fax and phone numbers.

- Load voltage and phase (ex: 480V – 3 Phase)
- Load configuration – delta or wye
- Load rating – amps, kW (kVA) or resistance
- Load type – Nichrome, silicon carbide, graphite, transformer-coupled, etc.
- Control type – zero-cross or phase-angle
- Command signal – 4/20mA, 0/5 Vdc. 0/10 Vdc, etc.
